Rail services between Bangor and Holyhead could be disrupted until next week following flood damage to tracks.

Rail lines between Bangor and Holyhead have been closed since Wednesday due flooding and urgent repair work after landslips at Gaerwen, caused by the torrential downpours.

Buses are in operation between Bangor and Holyhead, calling at all stations, but travellers are advise that journeys could take up to 30 minutes longer by bus.

Rail uses are advised to use National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner to check journeys before you travelling
